BIPATIO manufactures its umbrellas, gazebo, pagoda tents, awning and other sun shading canopies with the finest materials available. All of our products are tested to ensure durability and years of service for our clients. Our warranty does not cover damage related to extreme weather, abuse or misuse by our customers. All umbrellas, gazebo, pagoda tents, awning and other sun shading canopies must be weighted down and secured to an base for safety purposes. BIP can recommend an umbrella base for each type of umbrella and the environment in which it will be used.

3 Year Warranty BIPATIO Umbrellas and sun shading canopies use Marine Grade 9 ounce Solution Dyed Acrylic Fabric from several mills, including Sunbrella, gazebo, pagoda tents, awning and other sun shading canopies. All of the acrylic fabrics we use carry a minimum warranty of 2 years against fading. This warranty does not cover damage to the fabric related to extreme weather, abuse, or misuse by our customers. This includes improper cleaning technique, chemicals used in cleaning the umbrellas and does not include damage caused by the storage method or location used by our clients.

2 Year Warranty Covers our cantilever umbrella (above20 MPH wind rating), Nova giant umbrella (Above30 MPH wind rating), aluminum market umbrella, fiberglass market umbrella, fiberglass patio and beach umbrella, including the notch, runner, center pole (does not include ash wood center pole) and skeleton structure. This warranty does not cover damage to the umbrellas related to extreme weather, abuse, or misuse by our customers. If warrantable damage occurs, BIPATIO will replace or repair any item in this category at its own discretion.

1 Year Warranty Covers our 7 ounce fabric used on the cantilever umbrella and Shade canopies. The fabric carries a warranty of 2 years against fading. This warranty does not cover damage to the fabric related to extreme weather, abuse, or misuse by our customers. This includes improper cleaning techniques or chemicals used in cleaning the umbrellas, and does not include damage caused by the storage method or location used by our clients.

1 Year Warranty Covers powder coat finish (chipping, peeling, flaking, bubbling, fading) of aluminum poles (1) year from the date of purchase. Covers the cantilever umbrella frame. This umbrella has a wind rating of 30 MPH. This warranty does not cover damage to the umbrellas related to extreme weather, abuse, or misuse by our customers. If warrantable damage occurs, BIPATIO will refinish, replace or repair any item in this category at its own discretion.

Covers steel skeleton umbrella frames (rib integrity, rivets, joints, tilt, end tips and construction of frame) This warranty does not cover damage to the umbrellas related to extreme weather (including rust), abuse, or misuse by our customers. If warrantable damage occurs, BIPATIO will send parts, replace or repair any item in this category at its own discretion. BIPATIO does not warranty the colorfastness of its vinyl material, although all of our vinyl material is now rated at 400 – 600 hours of sun exposure. BIPATIO does not warranty any BIPATIO umbrellas/sunshading products, which includes the BIPATIO mechanism and the umbrella cord.
